Hi
I tried to activate online invoice payments and was given the options for type of corporation. Mine is limited and there was no option for this,, I chose the Individual or sole trader and are stuck on the page where the sole trader is the only person that can complete the rest of the application.
Please can someone in you company delete my information and let me know what I should type in for a Limited company.
I cant even start over it keeps going back to the last completed page there is no back button to correct choices.

Sorry to hear you have had that experience. Upon checking, we have noticed that there is no existing Online Invoice Payment on your MYOB Account. We would suggest you reach out to FinServ Support via email or by giving them a call. I have already sent you their contact information through a private message.
