Postal Address for bank feed application form?

I'm trying to set up bank feeds, but as there is a credit card on the account we're linking, I will have to post the form in. The help page tells you to post the form to the address listed on the application form, but there is no address listed (on the email address). Please help!

It is possible to email in the application form into the bank feeds team, which you can do by sending a scanned and complete copy of the application form to bankfeedloads@myob.com. This will ensure that it goes to our team as quickly as possible so that they can start loading it as quickly as possible.

so I can ignore the direction to post in the form if is for a credit card account?

That is correct, you can send in the application form for a credit card to the email address I mentioned in my previous post. I believe this is also printed on the application form itself.
