Reconciled in desktop but not in browser

Hi,

I have reconciled my clients file for August. But for some reason when I log into "Open In web browser" there is a transactons appearing in unallocated but its already been reconciled? Hope this makes sense?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you able to provide a screenshot of how the unallocated transactions appear in the desktop version of AccountRight and the Browser so I can take a look into this for you.

Hi Melisa,

Thank you for your response.

I ended up calling MYOB and the man I spoke with told me to hide the transaction as it was already reconciled and must have been done manually not through bank feeds.
