Setting up bank feeds

I have been made an online administrator for one of my clients so I can set up bank feeds for their many accounts & credit cards, but I still cannot add a bank account or credit card feed. I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone & nor can I find the live chat option. How is a person to get help under these circumstances? This is not the first time I have had such difficulty getting help from or contacting MYOB.

Hi @NatalieA1

 

If you're having troubles setting up bank feeds, I'd check that your user role only has Administrator ticked in the role section, if multiple roles are ticked this could affect that access.
