Submit bank feed form

Hi 

I am trying to upload a bank feed form for a credit card via https://apply.bankfeeds.myob.com and I am receiving the following error:

Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem

Invalid form data was sent to the server. This can occur if the form is out of date. Please refresh this form and try again [LFF2106-InvalidDataSent]

Can you please let me know what the issue is.

Hi @CourtS 

The message is commonly caused by a processing error with that document during the upload. If you are encountering that error do try that upload again at a later stage.

If that is still not uploading try another browser like Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and/or try clearing your browser's cache. Also, ensure that you are uploading it to the Bank feeds Portal
