Transfer bank feeds from Essentials to AccountRight

Hi

I am in the process of moving from Essentials to AccountRight.  I had Essentials with bank feeds.  Can bank feeds be transferred from Essentials to AccountRight.  If so, how?  Or do I need to complete a new application for bank feeds from AccountRight and submit?

Hi @MD20 

Generally speaking, if the bank feeds are active we should be able to move them across to another product. So we can arrange for that, would you mind to send me a private message of the Forum with your current serial number, what serial number you want to put them onto and the account number(s).

Edit: Bank feeds transfer action has been completed.
