Unable to setup Mastercard bank feeds

Hello, I have recently setup bank feeds. I was successful in setting up Bank Accounts and Term Deposits, however, there was no option to setup my CBA Mastercard. From the drop down list i firstly selected CBA and then tried CBA Credit Cards. Each time all accounts were listed except my Mastercard. Could you please suggest a way i can add my Mastercard.

Hi @OsborneA 

If the MasterCard application is for a personal credit card, it won't be approved as that card type is not supported. However, if that is not the case, please send us your product serial number and the last 4 digits of the credit card by a Private Message so we can investigate further.

Thank you for your email. It is a personal Mastercard. This now makes sense. I will now stop trying to make it work

Hi there - I am having the same problem with my Visa card - it is in my personal name as well - is there any way of adding it into bank feeds manually some how????

Hi @Supagreen 

If you want bank transactions to appear in your software and you can't set up bank feeds, you can import bank statements downloaded from your bank. Read this help article to set this up: Importing a bank statement.
