WESTPAC CREDIT CARDS - 2 CARDS WITH ONE ACCOUNT - HOW TO SET IT UP

Our Westpac credit card is set up with a billing account number and then a different account number for each card that we have. At the end of the month our statement is issued with a total amount for the Billing Account Number then a separate "card" statement for each card. I can only import the transactions for one card and need to manually input the other card transactions. If I want to use bank feeds I need to see up a separate account in Account Right for each card. Is there another way of doing it?

Re: WESTPAC CREDIT CARDS - 2 CARDS WITH ONE ACCOUNT - HOW TO SET IT UP

Hi @Blackbird

If you do not want to set up bankfeeds individually for both accounts, you can also choose to import the bank statements for other account manually instead of entering them one by one, detailed steps for which are explained in: Import bank and credit card statements help article.

This process, however, will have to be repeated every time you want to import a new statement. Let me know if you any questions on this.

Kind regards,
Komal
