Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge
I've spoken to the bank feeds team and they have indicated that you do have a number of transactions awaiting to be downloaded. These transactions can be downloaded via selecting Banking>>Bank Feeds>> Selecting the appropriate account and select Get Bank Transactions. This will pull the transactions through for that account into the company file.
If you are still unable to receive the feeds for a particular account or have not received a particular transaction do let us know and we would need to know which feed you are referring to (last four digits of bank account/credit card should be alright). This way we can investigate more closely into the feed for that account.

thank you for your help. I was only pressing the refresh button, not the Get Bank Feeds button.

Hi @claireg
Great to hear that those transactions have come through when you have selected Get Bank Transactions.
The refresh arrow in the Bank Feeds window is used for refreshing the Your Transactions part of the window. For example if you have created a rule, the rule doesn't get applied until you get the refresh arrow to refresh that window at which point the rule will be applied based on the conditions.
