bank feeds not updating - westpac from 27/01/2022

in the bank feed, right mouse click and select hide transaction.

Thanks for your post. We did have an issue with duplicate bankfeeds in early December, it is advised to hide these transactions. However you mentioned that you have duplicate transactions since October, is this due to importing bank statements and reconciling those and now the bankfeeds are the duplicate feeds ? Or have the bankfeeds duplicated for that date range ?
