bank feeds transactions invisible

bank feeds transactions are invisible, even though ther're some movements in bank account (checked in bank). how to fix it?

Thanks for your post. Can you please clarify if the bankfeed transactions are missing from your file ? If they are, can you please confirm the below details so I can take a look into this for you:

• Last 4 digits of your product serial number 
• Last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account 
• Date range of the missing transactions
