I'm sorry to hear that you've had this problem. Have you been able to resolve it? If you are still have problems can you please provide a screenshot of the AccountRight window you are seeing and the diagnostic log.

I rang.help desk 2.weeks ago and they forwarded issue to the IT DEPT. have been waiting for thier return call I was supposed to get 2 days after. Have rung 3 times since and keep getting.message we are having technical issues on the answer phone. Very frustrating , considering a change if no resolving soon.

From what I can see it appears that we are looking at arranging for that company file to be sent in for an investigation and possible repair. This process was initially raised back on 18 March, however, due to an incorrect record of an email address, the correspondence went through to an alternative email address for you. I have rectified that situation and you have an additional email for us that talks about getting the file in for that investigation and possible repair. All the information is contained in the email but do let us know if you require further assistance.
