spend money showing as deposit and withdrawal

I have entered a Spend Money transaction which is showing as a deposit and a withdrawl in the reconciliation report. How do I fix this as it's effecting the balance.

Thanks for your post. This typically happens if the allocation account is the same as the Pay from account. To check this in the Reconcile Accounts window click on the zoom arrow to open the transaction:

The allocation account should not be the same bank account as the Pay from account:
