Hi @BecB86

 

Just before mentioning anything, this thread assumes that you do not have any backup codes. If you do have any, you could use one and go to: https://my.account.myob.com, and you can then change the 2FA device from there to use the new phone.

yes, thats correct - no backup code...i exhaust all avenues before contacting mybo for help.
