Not recieving 2FA codes to registered email address. Have tried on 3 occasions today (11.1.19) will download authentication app and see if that works. Is there an ongoing issue with the emails going out?
I’m not aware of any issues around the 2fa emails being send out, and when I tried on my own accounts, they all seemed to go through in the normal amount of time for me. Additionally I’ve had a look at our system and from what I can see, the three emails have been sent out and all three aren’t showing any sort of errors that would suggest that the emails haven’t been delivered.
If you aren’t receiving the emails then it could suggest that the emails are accidentally being marked as spam and placed in your junk mail folder. Alternatively the only other thing I can think of is that the email server itself is somehow running slow and taking a long time to pass the emails through into your inbox
