2FA Setup - change from email to app method

hello,  None of the links in previsou articles are feeding through to the appropriate place anymore.

Can you please advise how to change 2FA from email method to authenticator app method?

This can be done in the Security Centre, here are the basic instructions on how to do this:


1. Go to: https://my.account.myob.com/personal

2. Log in with your MYOB login details (You may need to enter an authentication code)

3. Once signed, click onto Get Started to start the process on setting up your Authenticator app:



As a small note, I highly recommend making sure you download and keep your 2FA Backup Codes as being without these codes could cause some headaches if you don't have your device with you.
