2022.8.0 upgrade has made our email address no longer available as an option to receive our verification code a verification code now goes direct to SMS , even though I have not downloaded the authentication app to my phone , as our staff are all part time (including myself) this is not an option for our business, I've been advised, "sorry emails are no longer an option from the support team"

We are in the process of transitioning from mobile/app or email authentication to SMS two-factor authentication. From my understanding, this was for new customers only and we haven't fully transitioned existing users across to that SMS two-factor authentication as yet. So I do apologies if you were impacted by a temporary change.
From the notes of your account, I can see that you have contacted our live chat team about resetting your 2FA. Do let us know if you have any future queries relating to your two-factor authentication.
