I have been using the Authenticator App successfully. My problem is that i have a new phone and the Authenticator App is asking to scan the code or enter a 16 digit key. I have neither. And because i can't get a Authenticator code I can't log into MYOB to change my settings (as said in prior forums).

If you have updated your two-factor authentication device you would need to navigate to the MYOB Security Centre using your old two-factor authentication device to gain access. Once you have gained access you can select the Change your 2FA device option and following the prompts.
If you don't have access to your old two-factor authentication device you would be looking at utilising one of your backup codes to gain access. If you haven't obtained/retained a copy of your backup codes then you would be looking at speaking with our phone-based team who can aid in the recovery of your account.
