Hi @TonySBS

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

To upgrade an online file, you will need to install AccountRight 2017.1.1 and open the file through the normal method. When you open the file, you will be prompted to upgrade the file to AccountRight 2017.1.1. Once the file has upgraded you will be able to continue using it.

Thank you Neil. I appreciate you responding.

 

The key to this issue was that I did not have Administrator rights to the file. The penny dropped when you replied. All good now.
