AccountRight emailing failing to send

Hi Everyone

Products: AccountRight Online


Current Status: Resolved - The core issue has been resolved and we are working on sending the backlog of emails. - 16/04/2018 1: 00 PM

We are aware of an issue that affects client's ability to send emails using company files online with AccountRight Live. This is something that our team is currently investigating. Note: Sending emails via Outlook is unaffected


We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience
