AccountRight online emailing not sending

We are currently aware that online emails are not sending for clients on AccountRight 2019. This is something that our team are currently looking into resolving as soon as possible

Hi Everyone

 

Thank you for your patience and understanding.


Online emails are sending out as per normal from AccountRight 2019 with the exception of payment summaries. These will not be sent over the weekend so there will be a delay in sending payment summaries for your company file.

 

If you do wish to urgently send out payment summaries you can produce them, save them to PDF and then manually attach those PDFs to an email to the employee. Alternatively, disable the Send Emails using AccountRight before emailing them out using a default Desktop email client like Outlook.

The issue has now been resolved. All emails, including Payment Summaries are now being sent.
