AccountRightPlus v19.5 admin password

Hi, I am hoping that someone can advise me please....

 

I need to access comany invoices on an old version of MYOB (AccountRightPlus v19.5).

I have downloaded and installed a copy of the software.

I am now attempting to restore the back up of our company file, however the set up asks me for an administrator password.

We've never set this up before and as far as we're aware, there is no Admin password. I can't seem to progress with the restore.

 

Can anyone suggest a solution? Or is there something that I'm missing?

Hi @tjs1 

 

If neither you nor any other user has added an Administrator password, simply leave that blank. If you get an invalid username/password message this means either you typed Administrator incorrectly or a password has been set. 

 

If a password has been set, this can be reset by sending the file to MYOB for Password Recovery or google resetting MYOB password.
