Same problem for weeks, "not responding" and "shutting me out" twice in ten days. Several times over the last few weeks. VERY frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this. If it has not improved can you please provide the error and diagnostic logs so that we can investigate this further.
