I have been prompted to activate my accountright plus v19.5 software and it will not allow me to do it. I have my serial number etc but it is asking me to call. I am hearing impaired and can not use a phone. Any suggestions?

I've made a change to your account which should allow for that confirmation to work as intended by selecting the Confirm Online option.

Thank you so much for your prompt response and trying to help me with this. I appreciate it. Unfortunately, when I tried again it says there was no match for the serialnumber that you provided, please try again or call. I have checed the Serial Number and Company file code and they are accurate.
