Activation/Confirmation - Unable to connect - 12/08/2019

Hi All,

 

Current Status: Under Investigation 12/08/2018 12:00 PM (AEST)

We are aware that some clients are not able to activate or confirm their company file.  Our team is looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Hi Everyone

 

AccountRight Classic v19 and below activations and confirmation are now working as intended with clients able to confirm their files using the Confirm Online option.

For AccountRight 20xx version users, our team are still investigating the situation to allow those clients to confirm their files as soon as possible.

Hello Everyone,

 

The Activations and confirmations are now working and should now be working as intended.

 

We do have a large backlog of requests that are currently processing, and as such some clients will still see intermittent issues with AccountRight Live activation and confirmations until this backlog clears.
