We have 2 online administrators. Me and one other user. I am currently the Owner. I need to make the other online administrator an Owner.
Can we both be Owners, or do we switch roles so that I am just a normal online administrator and they become the Owner?
I found a file on an old post on this topic.
I have completed it, but I don't know where to send it.
Also I attached it to a version of this post I entered earlier today, but then read the message about this being a public forum and not to attach any private information. There didn't seem to be a way to remove the file though, so I had to start this post all over again.

Ideally, you would have only one AccountRight Live Owner for a serial number, however, there is nothing stopping us from increasing access for another user to adjust them to be an AccountRight Live Owner, so you do have the two.
As we would need to confirm some details relating to the account and the user I have sent you a private message on the MYOB Community Forum to arrange for that.
Hi, I have the same issue. I am an Adminisrator and the current Owner will be leaving this week. Could I please have the forms to change this sent to me as well. We will be looking at having probably 2 Owners as well if possible.

I have sent you the Change of Details form which does need to be completed to change the Ownership of the software in your case.
Could you please send through the same form to me as we would like to change my status from Administrator to Owner?

We would also like to add me as an owner for the program. I job share with the current owner and do the majority of the bank recs etc but cannot download the bank feeds. Can you please send through the relevant info to add an owner, as per the OP.
In your case of adding an additional Owner and not changing it, this can be done by the current Owner contacting us and passing an ID check so that we can promote your access to Ownership level on our end.
