An employee who no longer works for the company is the owner of the company subscription. I need this to be transferred to myself (administrator). I am unable to enable bank feeds as a non owner.

I’ve organised the change of details form to be set out to you in a direct email to update your company details including removing the ex employee and update your stats from being an Administrator to an Owner

- Serial number
- Business name
- The current owner's email address
- New owner's full name, and email address

I also need to change the owner of our MYOB account as it is currently listed as our previous bookkeeper, however I am listed as an Administrator where I am the Practice Manager and owner of the business and have also taken over the Bookkeeping.
If you can pleaseo organise to have this Owner access changed over to myself.
