Greetings,
I am in the situation where I need to update the owner of the MYOB file. the Current owner is an accountant who does not work for the company any more. There is not a second owner admin currently set.
The account that I am logged in at the moment also needs to be updated as that person no longer is involved with the company, hence I need to set up a new account with owner priveleges etc.
The business has not changed in ownership or structure, just staff changes.
Any assistance appreciated.

As you are the primary and billing contact on the account we are happy to look into your AccountRight Live user Access. In order for us to action anything we do need to confirm some company information and get some additional information for yourself as such I have sent you a private message on the Forum.
