Hi, can someone be in touch about resetting password to access a company file. I am deaf and cannot use telephones.

We are happy to arrange for a company file password to be reset if required. In order to do so, we first need to get what version of the program you are using? Also, if you are on AccountRight 2018.4, is the company file stored locally or online?
I would also make sure that you have tried the default Administrator user password which is blank i.e. select OK before we head down the password reset road.
Hi, yes AccountRight 2018.4, unfortunately Administrator user and blank password doesn't work.
And data is stored online.
