Backup in Progress cannot open file

Backup in Progress

Hoping you can help.

 

We have two databases.  Our SLF Consulting PL TA Sportspower Bega Database will not up because of the backup in progress message. Could you please assist us with this.

Backup in progress

Hi, really need your help.   I have requested this twice earlier today and now urgently need someone to look at our SLF Consulting Pty Ltd T/A Sportspower Bega database as it is stuck in backup in progress.

 

Could you please look into this and advise when fixed.

 

I have provided the last four digits of my serial number in a previous email, but here it is again for your records:

0622.

 

Could you please confirm when we will be able to open the database.
