Backup in progress error while starting up MYOB AR

Hi,

 

One of our data files is showing a Backup in progress error message when we try to log into the file.

 

We are currently unable to log into the file.

 

Can we please get assistance in rectifying this issue?

Hi @emma8g,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I have just reset your company files back to 'Active'. You should now be able to log in as normal.
