Backup stuck online - need re-set please

Hi Team

 

I'm needing to open an AR 2021.1 file online but it is stuck in 'backup'.  I do not have the file open and neither does anyone else.  As the MYOB phone support is away for Easter just wondering if anyone else from MYOB is able to re-set my file?  I am the file owner and it is under my serial number.  I've put a screen dump of the issue.

Thank you, hoping for a resolution - i can see this issue has been helped before - fingers crossed.

Hi @Lexie32 

 

I've located a "plumbing" based file that does appear to be stuck and have reset that one back to Active for you. This should allow you to access that file as intended.

 

If that is not the company file impacted, you are welcome to send me a private message on this Forum with that company file's serial number (if known) or the company file name.
