Bank Feed - AccountRight Live subscription has expired error message

Hi,

 

Have just received confirmation from MYOB that our Bank Feed is ready for the bank account we authorised.

 

But when I go into MYOB->Bank Feeds.  No bank accounts show. And when I click on "Check/update status", log into our my.myob account it displays error message "You are not able to get new bank feeds transactions because your AccountRight Live subscript has expired."

 

Though our MYOB Live subscription is current, not expired.

 

Any idea how to fix ?

 

MYOB version 2016.3.19.1272

Working now.  MYOB Support has resolved this issue for me.
