Bank Feeds - Why are moderators avoiding updating us

Hi Myob Moderators, 

 

Bank feeds were down Friday then Saturday and now continuing into Monday, 

This is not good enough. 

 

All moderators keep directing all forum users to the pinned post that is not being updated regularly,

 

We want updates at least hourly not a post that hasn't been updated in 5 hours. 

 

We all keep paying your constantly rising fee for using this online system. 

Perhaps start giving us what were supposed to be paying for !

Hi @DanielLLG 

 

I understand this is frustrating and disrupting your workflow.  Sincerest apologies for the frustration this has caused.  The only update right now is that the issue continues.  Therefore, the forum post we're suggesting users subscribe to is the first place an update will be posted.  I understand this is not ideal but this is where the information will be first, not in all the individual threads.

Then can someone please update it more regularly? It's been 8 hours...

 

Even if it's just to say we're still investigating it...

Instead of replying to everyones individual complaints, which will take you all day anyway, why not post an actual update on the thread you're suggesting we all subscribe to???

PS. Since I can't use Bank Feeds, I'm just gonna follow you to all your comments until we get an update...

I have just posted an update on our post on this topic. We are still currently investigating the situation to make those feeds available as soon as possible. We do understand the impact that this situation does have a clients and made sure that the team are aware of the impact.

This doesn't help the clients whom I won't be attending for another month! You know, the ones who have a BAS due...

Understanding??? Hell No!!! I don't understand!!!

 

This doesn't help the clients whom I won't be attending for another month! You know, the ones who have a BAS due!!! Now I have to explain to the Client why I can't finalise their work and to the ATO why the BAS is late...

Thank you for your additional feedback in relation to the Unable to Connect Bank Feeds message we did receive yesterday (05/08/2019). We certainly do understand the impact that this delay has had on clients (and their advisors) and do sincerely apologise for that. However, that particular situation has now be resolved and those transactions will be available to clients.
