Bank Feeds application time

 Hi, I submitted an application form via email for Bank Feeds on 16th January and when I go to update the status, it still says awaiting application form. How long does it take to process this, please?

A status of “Awaiting Application Form” generally means that the form has yet to be received by our team. If you have sent the form via email it may be worth checking that it has been sent to the correct email address of bankfeedloads@myob.com. In addition it may be worth emailing the completed form in again to the team so they can load it

Once the form has been received by our team and the process begins the status should change to “Awaiting Bank”. This status indicates that the application has been received and sent through to the bank to being the process of creating the bank feed.

Thanks, but that's not very helpful. I have now sent this form through four times, each time it has been "Awaiting Application form" for a number of weeks. The first time there was an error in the bank account number I had put down, but even that took a number of weeks for anyone to realise so that I could amend and try again with the correct details.

I have ensured that it was indeed sent on every occasion to the correct email address and have now sent it again. The last time one of your team members looked into this for me and got things moving. I have been trying to get Bank feeds happening for six weeks now, and the slow reaction time at the other end to an emailed document is quite ridiculous.

Hi Jake,

So I did what you said yesterday, and yet, today, it is still saying Awaiting Application Form. Can someone please let me know if my application form has been received? I uploaded it to the portal as suggested and have emailed it three times now. Please can this be sorted out!?!

Currenlty I have followed up with our bankfeeds team and they will follow up with your application with a confirmation email later today.

I have let them know about the trouble you have had to and they are more than willing to help you our there directly.

Yes, the bank feeds team contacted me and the paperwork is now awaiting a response from the bank.

Hi Jake

I have had the same issue with my CBA application for Bank Feed.

I have emailed 3 times this month with the form and still no reply.

It says 'Awaiting application form'

I didn't have any issues with the other bank feed applications.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
