Bank Feeds

After numerous live chats with MYOB staff - bank feeds are still down. Can't access any feeds - contrary to what they say & I follow instructions, still not happening.

 

Why can't bank feeds team stay open till 10pm or have after hours service. 99% of my work is done outside business hours, with no customer support.

Hi @SJ666,

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great source of information.

 

I was able to track down your account and view the Chat Logs of the agents you have spoken with, and it seems that the transactions have downloaded to your file though you cannot view them in the source software.

 

When opening the Bank Feeds window in AR this will only show transactions that are not marked as hidden or approved, to make sure these transactions are not appearing at all I suggest to change the "Display Transactions" view to Hidden & Approved and see if you can find those transactions:

 

If you can see the transactions under Hidden:

You can unhide this transaction by clicking the Blue "unhide" on the transaction line under the "Match Column"

This will then show under the "Current" view in the Bank Feeds window.

 

If you can see the transactions under Approved:

This means they are already matched and approved to other transactions within the file and is just needing to be reconciled.

Hi Hayden_B,

 

Thanks for replying..

 

I have done the hidden, current & approved.

 

The last time I could see any transactions for this account was Sun 25/03/18, nothing after that..

 

I am extremely frustrated as a customer where no one seems to help me with this issue & I can't reach the bank feed team.

I have been made aware from our Specialist team that this issue is now solved. If you have any other troubles with this, please reach out to me again and I will look into the matter for you.
