Hi, I have AccountRight2017 desktop version, and from what I've read it should support bank feeds. Our bank is BNZ. When I follow the instructions for setting up the bank feeds, I get stuck at the step when it logs into MYOB and it should be on a "Bank Feeds" page. The page it takes me to just shows my product (AccountRight2017 serial number xxx).
Why am I not getting the page "About Bank Feeds" that has the drop down box to pick which company file you want to set up bank feeds for.
The instructions say "If you don't see these buttons, make sure you're the online owner..." which I am, but I still don's see the right pag.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your private message with your details. I was able to locate your account and found out that your account doens't have an active subscription to be able to access the live services (this includes bankfeeds).
