My bank feeds were coming thru fine then on 22 jan they stopped and now it says an issue with your internet connection (that ok) an MYOB web service or my proxy server. How do I fix this

Just taking a look at your Bank Feeds, I can see that you have received the latest Bank feed transactions into your company file.
@Egmont_Tyres your latest transactions sent 25/01/2020 has yet to be received into the company file. However, they should be available for collection when required.
Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

We have been updated with 23.1.20 transactions only - still missing 24.1.20, apparently an MYOB issue??

I did phone through to the help line and we were going to have them up to date via MYOB but have only been given 23rd Jan.

Yes I do see they have come thru. Read that myob was having some issues and they were rectifying the situation which they have. Thankyou
