Bank feeds not working

Has anyone else had trouble with Bank feeds in MYOB Account Right? It says its been updated but with no transactions listed.

Hi @monicarcsa 

 

I'm afraid that we did experience an issue over the weekend to deliver last Friday's transactions for some clients.

 

The good news is that we've now obtained the correct data from the banks (except BNP Paribas and MY State which the teams are still working on). The transactions are being processed right now, they shall arrive by this afternoon.

 

Apologies again for the inconvenience caused. Please do check it again later today, and let us know if there are any issues.

Thank you for the update, however, on my NZ bank feed the status says processing application, however I was using bank feeds for the entire month. Is there a reason why the status says that, how can I change it back to bank feed ready?

you are lucky enough, i ve been waiting for two weeks since i applied the link between MYOB and ANZ. nothing still

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you in regards to your enquiry

 

We have updated that status to be Bank Feed Ready at our end. You will need to go to Check/Update Status to update that status at your end.
