Bank feeds on new computer not working

Hello,

 

We have a new computer with the latest accountright software when we try to connnect to bankfeeds it says incorrect username or password, however we know that it is the correct username and password, but the bank feed will only work on the one computer.

Is this a computer, Myob or bank problem?

It is very frustrating at the moment trying to work from home Smiley Sad

Thank you for your post. So I can investigate this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Your full name and email address used to sign into the file with 
  • Business name
