I am unable to get my Bank feed update. When I click on Bank feeds I get a message "your AccountRight Live subscription has expired," but we paid monthly subscription to MYOB. Can you please address this?

Hi @Annie111
Sorry to hear you are having this problem. I have checked your account for serial number ending in 9479 and updated the setting so you should be able to use Bank Feeds now. If your enquiry is about a different serial number please let me know. You can find your serial number in Setup>>Company Information.
