I applied for bank feeds for 4 bank accounts and 3 credit cards.
So far only 2 credit cards have bank feeds ready.
The problem is the bank feeds do not correspond to the correct card.
Has anybody had this issue before?
Any help would beappreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you are not seeing the desired accounts in your ready bank feeds.
Looking into your interaction, I beleive you have gotten confirmation for 2 cards ending in 4911 and 2324, and that is what we are seeing in our systems. Are you able to confirm if these are the accounts your are expecting/ have been advised of?
When you look into Manage Bank feeds, are the cards/feeds that you are seeing relevant to any of the other 5 applications?

Hi Andrew,
Yes you are correct with the 2 cards mentioned.
On checking the MYOB file I am mistakely linked the cards to the wrong numbers.
I have now fixed the error and all should be good from now on.
