Bank feeds

Hi, i emailed through my bank feed forms in mid December, but when I click on Manage Bank Feeds - both accounts still say "Awaiting Application Forms". Can someone help?

Hi @SASTA

 

That status means that our server either hasn't updated correctly or the forms haven't been received correctly.

 

To check the reason for your specific case, could you send me a Private Message with:

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • The last 4 digits of the Account# or CC# being applied for

Using this I can find your account and check the reason why it's not updated.
