We have set up a user and provided him with banking role, but banking module is still greyed out at his end, would you be able to advise what the issue is ?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can the user sign out of the file > clear their AccountRight cache and try to sign in again. Does the banking window appear ?

Thanks for the update. When they're signed into the file, can they go to File > Switch company file user and sign in with their username and password. Can they see the window ?

Thanks Melisa. S_Hemachandran is the user, he switched file user but didn't work.
Is it possible we could have a quick call on TEAMS to find out the solution ?
