Bulk statements not emailing this month - any one else having this problem?
I have tried 3 times and MYOB is only sending out about 10 - 30 and the not successful ones are even showing in 'Sent Emails'
I have never had a problem prior to this month. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Mine was affect by any accounts - did chnage to Plain Paper Statement and all went.
All the payslips have gone out so they are not affected.
Think it is only the personalised form affected.
I am having the same issue. I have had this issue in previous months (since going across to AccountRight 2018 Online system) this financial year. We do not email through MYOB email system, we email the old way (email from MYOB but sent through Outlook).
Called MYOB and they believe it is an external issue as they are listed as sent in Outlook. Never had this problem until we swapped to AccountRight 2018 Online though.
We use customised invoices, statement and purchase orders - all bulk emailed... statements are the only issue.
About to start emailing customised payslips so hope they work.

If it's only the statements having problems, this would use a different type of information than Invoices and other types.
I had seen a few issues like this before, and they turned out to be errors with the personalised form that was being used and another was due to the Mail Server timing out when receiving too many requests.
How many statements are you sending out on a guess? IE: 100, 50, etc?
I'm having the same issue sending bulk email statements. I tick all, then it dumps the address says email address cannot be blank, you try to put an address back in and it does the same thing again and just will not send. I have been having this issue since November 2018. Very frustrating!
