One of my colleagues is unable to open our company file on her computer.
I have checked that she is using AR live 2018.4 SE same as myself.
When she first signs in, the name of the company file appears but when she clicks on it she gets the following error:
The Company file you selected wasn't found.
You can select another file using the library browser.
Any suggestions on what is going wrong?

Generally speaking it depends where the file is being selected from that provides context on that message. If the file is being opened from the Recently Opened Company Files list, it means that the file has either had its name changed, been moved or no longer exists in that location. The Recently Opened list doesn’t check whether a file is still in the same location when the program opens, so if the file has been moved, deleted or had its name changed you wouldn’t be able to access it.
If the file is stored either locally or on a network library you can hover the mouse over the name of the company file. This will pop up a small pink window containing the last path for that file. You would need to double check that the file is still at that particular path to be able to access the file, or alternatively try accessing the file through the Library Browser
