Can't access company file after changing email address

Can't access company file after changing email address

Hi,

 

I changed my email to my new email address and now I can only log into 3 of the company files using Administrator - blank.

The main company file I cannot log into at all.

in my.myob my new email appears everywhere except where I am listed as the Company Owner, that still shows my old email.

MYOB support said they coudn't see what the problem was and could only suggest getting another adminstrator to invite me as a new user using the new email, but the invitation emails don't come through??

When I tried to set up another new user this morning on one of the comnay file I can access - I received an error message saying i was not the company file owner- which I am but as i said that role still shows the old email address.

Do I need to get the Company file owner email changed? Could that be the issue?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and current email address 
  • previous email address
  • File name of the file that you cannot access
