Can't confirm company file

Can't confirm company file

Getting message "unable to activate this company file. Have tried to contact customer service but message is high volumes call back have tried last two nights.

I set files to manual so that I can choose Confirm Later and then try to contact a Moderator on here. One of them will ask you to private message the information as per the below message which is from one of the MYOB Moderators and they will be able to confirm your file. 

 

To better assist with activating your company file can you send me a private message on this Forum with the following information:

 

  • The serial number in the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the program you are using - Help>>About AccountRight

This information can be obtained by selecting to confirm/activate later/placing the file in read-only mode.

@Robert_Mitchell  is correct, if you can please send me your serial number, (Set up - company information) 

the verion you are using (help and about my accountright ) and also the file id you are onfirming. 

 

Once i have this informtation i can further look inot this for you and help you get this file confirmed Smiley Happy
