I backed up yesterday on one of our company files and now when I try to log in it states "Backup in progress". the other company file is fine and I can login but the one I need to login in to has this error and I am unable to access. I have restarted the computer and still have the same problem. Can you please help?

Thank you for your post. I have run a script over your file and you should now be able to log into your file. Please let me know if there are still issues.

Hi,
I'm having what I believe is the same issue today - I cannot get into MYOB saying back up in progress but there isn't a back up in progress. I did try and do a back up this morning and it somehow got interrupted now I cannot get back into Myob has been like this for several hours now.
