Cannot confirm company file on line Account Right Plus V19.14

Please assist with file confirmation.  Advise to whom I need to send SN and company file code to have this fixed.

I apologise for the troubles you are having with confirming your company file online. I have been able to review your account and found there was an issue on the account that prevented confirmations. I have now resolved this and you should now be able to confirm your file online.
